2024 Boone County Sheriff's Office Principles of the Defensive Handgun Course

This is a 16-hour course designed for both novice and experienced male or female firearms owners. This 2-day course instructs the student in gun handling, marksmanship, and mindset.

Requirements
- Proper eye and hearing protection
- Suitable pistol with at least 2 magazines
- 400 rounds of ammunition
